- ASRC, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation under the new BOS contract FA3002-16-C-0004 is contemplating the issue of solicitation IFB209B for XTLF 16-1020 Repair Air Handler F541 as a Small Business set aside. ASRC terms and conditions will apply to the award. Further guidance will be posted on FedBizOps prior to the Pre-Bid conference/Site Visit. Funds are not currently available and are not promised or guaranteed for this solicitation. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or ASRC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. Should funds be provided, to be considered for award of this project a contractor must have satisfactory previous experience in the types of work contained in this solicitation and have a successful track record performing the types of work contained in the project? Vance AFB also has strict Base access regulations and commercial inspections are mandatory with each entry to the facility. The acceptance period for this action will be 60 days and contractors should consider this impact to their bonding limits prior to bidding the solicitation. The project will consist of Replace Air Handler in F541 with New Unit. Provide New DDC Controls for the new unit. Provide two new VAV terminals as shown on the Drawings. Replace ductwork sections as shown on the Drawings. Replace electric motor starters with disconnect switches and new motor starters at the new air handler unit. Provide required fire protection controls, conduit, wiring, and end devices.
