THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Reference #: N0025916N0234. Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to award a firm fixed price brand name sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Stryker Corporation 5900 Optical CT San Jose, CA 95138-1400 The objective of this sole source award is to acquire a Stryker Brand Name Tissue-Preservation Hip Platform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
