This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price bridge contract on a sole source basis to, Larc Industries Inc. The procurement is for Milk and Dairy Products for the Saint Cloud VA Health Care System for the period of 10/3/0216 to 12/31/2016. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to procure Dental prosthodontics for the Minneapolis MN VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures for a period of 10/3/2016 to 12/31/2016. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
