SOLICITATION NO: 17-REG11-5DC0370 NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X - Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531190-Leasing of Building Space to Federal Government by Owners SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State:Washington City:DC Delineated Area:K St. to the North, 4th St. to the East, 395/E. St. to the South, 14th St. to the West (see map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,802 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Structured):5 Reserved Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:Contiguous space is required. Space must not be located at or below grade. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to 17-REG11-5DC0370. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the next "Open Period." The next Open Period is October 1, 2016 to October 20, 2016, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with 17-REG11-5DC0370 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
