Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,701.00 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,256 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Parking available onsite. Outdoor space for a storage container. (10x20) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
