- A02 - Provisions and Clauses Full-Text Attachment.doc (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. APG-ADL-B.5152.206-4400 INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE (FEB 2015) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Tobii Technology, Inc. 510 N Washington St Ste 200, Falls Church, VA, 22046-3537. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. (End of clause) (ii) The solicitation number is W911QX-16-T-0393. This acquisition is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89-1. (iv) This acquisition is set aside for N/A. The associated NAICS code is 334516. The small business size standard is 1000 Employees. (v) The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): CLIN 0001; One (1) each, Tobii Pro Glasses 2 - 100 HZ Premium Package includes Tobii Pro Analyzer Software Tobii Care, Windows Tablet and Onsite Training CLIN 0002; One (1) year Tobii Pro Glasses Analyzer Software Upgrade contract CLIN 0003 (option)- One (1) year analyzer software upgrade CLIN 0004 (option)- One (1) year analyzer software upgrade CLIN 0005; One (1) each 1-Day Onsite Installation and Startup Training CLIN 0006; Twelve (12) each; Customized VR and HMD Online Training CLIN 0007; Shipping and handling (vi) Description of requirements: One (1) Tobii Eye Tracking System (vii) Delivery is required by 60 days after contract award (ACA) Delivery shall be made to : U.S. Army Research Laboratory ARMY RESEARCH LABORATORY 321 COLLERAN RD ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND MD 21005-5001 TEL: 301-394-3427 Acceptance shall be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, 21005- 5001.
