- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to extend the ordering period of an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) on a sole source basis with Calzoni, SRL of Bologna Italy (Cage Code A0461) to support the Advanced Stabilized Glide Slope Indicator (ASGSI) Program. Orders will be placed against this BOA for services associated with the ASGSI. These services include technical support services (Engineering, Integrated Logistics Support, Repair Services), Engineering Change Proposals, System Verification, Software updates, and Technical Data.. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess rights to the data to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
