- RFQ SF 1449 Scope of Work for Linen Services Dept of Labor Wage Determination Pinellas County Applicable Far Clauses This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-17-Q-7AB004. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) 812332 Industrial Launderer Services, size in Millions ($38.5) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals: 1. Technical Capability of the services offered to meet/exceed the Governments Requirements per the Attached Statements of Work. 2. Past Performance 3. Price of items offered to the Government Technical and past performance, when combined, is ___60%_______ When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Linen services for Bachelor and Officers Quarters (See SOW) b. Linen services for Galley (See SOW) c. Wage determinations: 2005-2125, Revision No: 21 dated 12/29/2015 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide linen services per SOW to Coast Guard AirStation Clearwater and Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, Fl. Location: USCG Airstation Clearwater 15100 Rescue Way Clearwater, Fl. 33762 Attn: SK1 Anthony Camacho USCG Sector St. Petersburg 1301 Beach Drive SE St. Petersburg, Fl. 33701 Attn: HS1 Andrew Winters Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $42K for the annual contract Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence on 01 November 2016 through 30 September 2017. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required.
