- SOW Full details SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DLA Troop Support Pacific Reference Number DLATSP-17-SS-0001 CLASS VIII; MEDICAL I-STAT CARTRIDGE DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED STATES NAVAL HOSPITAL, CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, JAPAN DLA Troop Support Pacific Location: Okinawa, Japan The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify local sources capable and interested in fulfilling a requirement for the procurement and delivery of CLASS VIII, Medical supplies, materials and equipment items in support of United States Naval Hospital (USNH), located in Okinawa, Japan. The Contractor shall provide i-STAT Test Cartridges to aid in the quick screening and quantification of Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, Hematocrit, Hemoglobin and Lactate analysis at the bedside. Government owned I-Stat analyzers are currently in use at the USNH. Therefore, any vendor who is capable of delivering compatible CG4+(72EACH), CG8+(36EACH) and CHEM 8+ (36EACH) Cartridges for use with the existing i-STAT Portable analyzers to the USNH to the USNH in accordance with the Delivery Schedule. Cartridge deliveries shall have a minimum of a six (6)-month shelf life upon receipt at USNH Okinawa. Contractor shall comply with all manufacturer refrigeration standards for cartridges at the time of packaging and marking these medical supply items for shipment and delivery. Please see the DRAFT Statement of Work for additional details. Place of Performance : The work to be performed and/or supplies to be delivered under this contract shall be at the designated delivery location. The primary delivery location is as follows: United States Naval Hospital (USNH) Okinawa Laboratory Department, Camp Foster, Building 960, Tarawa Rd. Ginowan City Okinawa, Japan 901-2221 Point of Contact (POC) : Mr. Minoru Oshiro Telephone; 098-971-7418 The Government is considering soliciting using North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) code 423450; Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in the merchant wholesale distribution of professional medical equipment, instruments, and supplies (except ophthalmic equipment and instruments and goods used by ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians). DLA Troop Support Pacific contemplates a Firm-Fixed Priced Indefinitely Delivery Purchase Order Contract for a period of 12 months.
