Description

This is a sources sought request for potential vendors to respond to this requirement to determine the market for Overnight Lodging Services. The Veterans Administration is seeking to award a contract(s) for Overnight Lodging Services for the Eastern Kansas Health Care System Medical Centers at Topeka and Leavenworth, KS located at: Dwight David Eisenhower (DDE) Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 4101 S 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048 and Colmery O'Neil VAMC, 2200 SW Gage Blvd Topeka, KS 66622, The Contractor shall provide full information on the concept for Overnight Lodging Services, in compliance in accordance with VHA Directive 2003-009 to accommodate those veterans receiving medical care who may have to travel long distances for evaluation the day before or the day after treatment is received. The Contractor shall have the ability to service both VA Medical Facilities at Leavenworth and Topeka Contractor shall provide socioeconomic status and classification (SDVOSB, SB, VOSB, etc.) The NAISC Code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $32.5 million. All interested vendors should provide a response before 12:00 Noon CST 14 October 2016.
