The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) - Southern Tier in North Chicago, Illinois is soliciting a Nonpersonal services contract to provide Annual Maintenance and Support of Two Girton Brand Cage Washers located in Veterinary Medical Unit (VMU) at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital located in Hines, IL. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to furnish all services defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found in RFQ: VA69D-17-Q-0002. The NAICS Code is 811310 with a Size Standard of $7,500,000.00 in revenue. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of approximately 12 months and four (4) 12-month options to extend services.
