Map of delineated area U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Fresno Delineated Area: City of Fresno CBA North – Divisadero Street South – Highway CA-41 East – R Street West – H Street to Stanislaus Street to Highway CA-99 (Map is attached) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 171,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 174,420 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Up to 800 Parking Spaces (Surface): Any combination of surface and structured Parking Spaces (Structured): Any combination of surface and structured Parking Spaces (Reserved): Up to 800 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates. Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of interest are welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. The authorization should aslo specify the extent of your authority, i.e., whether you are authorized to permit a tour of the building, are authorized to sign all documents submitted to the government, including lease documents, and wheather you are authorized to negotiate an offer with the government. Upon receipt of the above information, we will schedule a tour of the building.
