Description

Justification and Approval (J&A) The U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) has a requirement for the testing of previously developed non-decalcified histology on various small bony rat calvaria samples containing bone regenerative biomaterials. USAMRAA is procuring this requirement on a sole source basis to the Mayo Clinic IAW FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i) for the testing of previously developed samples under contract W81XWH-13-P-0130.
