See attachment This is a Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) # N0025917Q0009. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 3256012 and the business size standard is 1000. The requirements are detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment No. 1), and are for medical gases at the NMCSD. NMCSD requires the Sanor drip unit, refills and maintenance service, see SOW (Attachment No. 1) for a detailed description of required products and service. The estimated period of performance is twelve (12) months, from 01 November, 2016 to 30 October, 2017. Anticipated Contract Line Item: ITEM 0001: Sanor drip unit in accordance with the SOW (Attachment No. 1) In order to be considered acceptable by the Government, quotes shall include the following information: 1. Price File: Offerors shall include a firm-fixed price (FFP) for ITEM 0001. In preparing a price quote, it is required to also breakout and identify: a. Items - List separately the cost of the required service for each item. Failure to provide any of the above required information may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award. Basis for award: The Government anticipates awarding a FFP purchase order. This is the best value procurement.
