- RFQP04071600006 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single or multiple award(s) to a responsible quoter(s) for the provision of Bag-In-Box (BIB) cold beverage and liquid coffee concentrate, dispensing equipment and service for the Federal Correctional Institution, Greenville, Illinois. The contract period shall consist of a base period from the effective date of award through 12 months from the effective date of award, and four one year option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government. Estimated 12 month contract requirements include approximately 250 five-gallon BIB of Lemonade, 175 five-gallon BIB of Grape, 250 five-gallon BIB of Orange, 300 five-gallon BIB of Sweet Tea, 60 five-gallon BIB of Un-Sweet Tea, and 170 one-gallon BIB of Coffee per 12 month period. This solicitation will be Total Small Business Set-Aside, FOB Destination, and the North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 312111. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 100 U.S. Hwy 40 & 4th Street, Greenville, Illinois 62246. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and extend an offer(s) of contract award to the contractor(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the lowest price to the Government. The solicitation will be available on or after October 6, 2016, and will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available as the site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is October 17, 2016; however this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Block #8 for the actual date quotations are due. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated award date is October 21, 2016 with an effective date of November 1, 2016.
