Description

The El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS), located at 5001 N. Piedras, El Paso, TX 79930-4210, intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award for the purchase of Chemistry Analyzer Cost-Per-Test/Cost-Per-Reportable-Result. The acquisition will take place under the authority of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 8 - Required Sources of Supplies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this equipment must notify the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 p.m. EST (3:00 p.m. CST), 10/17/2016. Such notification must include any documentation that includes certifications and description of product. Notification shall be e-mailed or faxed to Jessica Roman, Contract Specialist, jessica.roman@va.gov, fax: 432-517-4586. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.
