Description
This is a sources-sought announcement only for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to accomplish market research and support planning for the below listed requirements. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Proposal (RFP), if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Government is seeking interested contractors for a contract to provide Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Repair and Return (R&R) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The Technical Data Package for the GSE FMS R&R effort is not available. The Government requirement is for PATRIOT ADVANCE CAPABILITY - 3 (PAC-3) Repair and Return, for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for Depot level diagnostic and repair capability for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) of secondary items to include Launchers and Engagement Control Stations (ECS). Request that interested contractors provide the following: 1) Provide a description of your company's experience and capabilities with establishing and providing depot level support to FMS customers. 2) Provide a description of your company's experience in diagnosing, repairing and delivering PAC-3 GSE Launchers and Engagement Control Stations (ECS). 3.) Describe how your company intends to perform repairs starting after 30 JUNE 2017. General: The experience/expertise description should be no longer than 5 pages.
