Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334510. The Danville VA Medical Center Audiology Clinic is in need of an Acoustic Systems Audiometric Examination Rooms for Audiology. "Vendor is to provide an Acoustic Systems RS-253 Single/Double Suite. Audiometric Examination Rooms Single Wall Control/Double Wall Examination Suites provides a high degree of isolation for both the audiologist and patient. The double wall construction of the examination room is especially advantageous where extreme low frequency noise isolation is required, additional isolation of the audiologist from high testing levels in the examination room is desirable or if the testing occurs in environments with high noise. oControl Room (Single wall) INTERIOR dimensions of 7' x 8'4 x 7'2 (W,L, H). Exam Room (Double Wall) INTERIOR dimensions of 7'4X 7'0 X 6'6. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334510 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Michael J Rosenthal at Michael.rosenthal@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
