- THIS IS NOT A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH, CLINICAL CENTER, OFFICE OF PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS, TO AWARD A CONTRACT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability of small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business) under NAICS code, 423430 that have the capability, experience, and capacity to provide the Clinical Center, Department of Clinical Research Informatics with ProVation software license and maintenance renewal as well as a means to obtain additional licenses, new modules, and billable services on an as needed basis as described in the Statement of Work. STATEMENT OF WORK: This is a draft copy of the Statement of Work: The objective of this Statement of Work is to provide the Clinical Center, Department of Clinical Research Informatics with ProVation software license and maintenance renewal as well as a means to obtain additional licenses, new modules, and billable services on an as needed basis. The Clinical Center utilizes ProVation software which allows physicians to efficiently document endoscopy procedures at the point of care. ProVation software produces complete, coding-ready and image-enhanced documentation that result in greater efficiency, and clinician satisfaction. ProVation MD leads clinicians through the procedure documentation process quickly and efficiently. These would be on an as needed basis. Remote Support Onsite Support Maintenance Requirements • The contractor shall provide unlimited 24x7x365 telephone technical support for the Supported products, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. "Supported Products" listed in table shall mean the then current Major Version of the listed software programs running the specified operating system software and, for a period of 12 months after introduction of a new Major Version of such program, the immediately preceding Major Version of the software program. • The Contractor shall provide access to its electronic support such as the web-based Technical Library, electronic case management, electronic software distribution, and Newsgroups for all authorized support contacts. • The Contractor shall provide the following updates and improvements to the Supported Programs, as they are made generally available to Contractor's customers on support plans that include these services • The Contractor shall provide bug fixes or workaround solutions to correct, to the extent reasonably possible, any defects in the Supported Programs, which cause the Supported Programs not to operate in accordance with the Supported Programs published end user documentation. Contractor reserves the right to make corrections or fixes only to the current or immediately preceding version of the Supported Programs at Contractor's sole discretion. Period of Performance Base Period: April 1, 2017 thru March 31, 2018 Option Period 1: April 1, 2018 thru March 31, 2019 Option Period 2: April 1, 2019 thru March 31, 2020 Option Period 3: April 1, 2020 thru March 31, 2021 Option Period 4: April 1, 2021 thru March 31, 2022 Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Current GSA Schedule The synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. All information submitted in response to this announcement must arrive on or before the closing date. Responses must be submitted to the POC within 15 calendar days from the date of this synopsis. Responses shall be limited to 10 pages.
