- U.S. GOVERNMENT AD – PROJECT NUMBER 6NY0562 RIVERHEAD, NY General Services Administration (GSA) is seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Riverhead Delineated Area: NORTH : Middle Road, Riverhead SOUTH : Route 25, Riverhead EAST : Route 25, Riverhead (Route 25 turns from East- West to North- South) WEST : Middle Road, Riverhead (Middle road turns from North- South to East – West) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,062 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: · First floor, single floor contiguous space is preferred. If unavailable, space can be on one above ground contiguous floor. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators. · Offered space must be in close proximity to public transportation. A commuter rail, light rail, or bus stop shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding 2 walkable blocks. · Amenities including restaurants/shopping shall be located within four (4) blocks of offered space. · Subleases are not acceptable · The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
