- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel to replace broken ceramic tiles and clean other tiles in Memorial stairwell located at Perry's Victory & International Peace Memorial. ESTIMATED RANGE: In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. TYPE OF ACQUISITION: A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring the submission of technical, past performance, and price proposal. EVALUATION FACTORS: The government will consider an offeror's technical capability, past performance, and price to determine the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) that provides the ¿Best Value ¿ to the government. LOCATION: Perry's Victory & International Peace Memorial, 93 Delaware Ave., Put-in-Bay, OH 43456. The anticipated issuance date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about October 24, 2016 (subject to change). The Period of Performance for this contract is sixty (60) calendar days. Be advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during process based on decisions related to Department of the Interior (DOI) and National Park Service (NPS) changes. The RFP will be posted and available for download without charge at FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net) on or about October 24, 2016. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS: 236220, the Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5 Million. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS GENERAL INFORMATION: THE FOLLOWING REGISTRATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD. Offerors who are not registered are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to apply for registration immediately upon receipt of this solicitation. DUN AND BRADSTREET NUMBER (DUNs): To be considered for award, contractors must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNs). Contractors may obtain this number at 1(866)705-5711. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Bidders are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their proposal.
