- Appendix C Kunsan Elec Identification Standard Appendix B Transformers Schedule Appendix A Transformers Location Map Solicitation # W90VN7-16-R-0080 Paint Pad Mounted Transformers MLWR16-1056, Paint PAD Mounted Transformers at Kunsan AB (LCS funded project) THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. ONLY Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the MATOC contractors for the following MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC Contractors will not be considered for award. Contract Number: W91QVN-14-D-0031, 0032, 0033, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041, 0044, 0045, 0046, 0047, 0048, 0049, and 0050. A. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section I. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card when attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: See section L instruction to offerors for details in this solicitation. C. INSTRUCTION FOR OFFERORS: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation. D. BASIS OF AWARD: See Section M in this solicitation.
