- Amendment 0004 to add to description and change due date of quotes. This is a firm-fixed-price requirements-type contract, 100% set-aside Small Business. The contractor shall furnish all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, labor, transportation necessary to perform remedial repair work on electrical/mechanical systems, data communications/control pump monitoring systems, and preventive maintenance on the Central Vehicle Wash Facility (CVWF) on Schofield Barracks on the Island Oahu, Hawaii, in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, commercial practices and applicable Federal and State Codes. 　 This requirement is for base plus 1 option period. Site visit scheduled for Tuesdsay 9/20/2016 at 9:00am HST. Please email Angela McColor at angela.u.mccolor.civ@mail.mil by Monday 9/19/2016 at 2:00pm if you plan on attending the site visit. Submit via email to Angela McColor at angela.u.mccolor.civ@mail.mil the quotes and all necessary documents per the solicitation by the due date of Friday 9/23/2016 at 10:00 HST. The solicitation has been amended to add "as needed" basis for the diesel machanic labor category. The due date has been extended to 10/14/2016 at 10am HST.
