Description

PR 0064878090. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-17-R-0049, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5985-014554489, ANTENNA. This NSN is a part numbered item and the approved source are CAGE 93346, P/N 3395-8017-0002 and CAGE 76301, P/N 74-870402-101. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted procurement utilizing Full and Open Competitive Procedures. The purchase request quantity is 37 each. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 150 days. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis posted to Federal Business Opportunities on October 9, 2016. The solicitation issue date is October 24, 2016. The closing date is November 23, 2016. The estimated award date is (on or about) January 14, 2017.
