Description

NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION AFTER PROTEST: The Department of Veterans Strategic Acquisition Center has cancelled the BPA's awarded under Solicitation No. VA119-16-Q-0072, to provide Veterans Health Administration Furniture. In accordance with Bid Protest B-413166.5, the Department of Veterans Affairs advised the Government Accountability Office that it intended to review the procurement, and either re-open the competition, establish a competitive range, and re-evaluate all quotations within the competitive range, or it will cancel the procurement and re-solicit the requirement. After reviewing the procurement, the Agency has determined it is within the best interest of the Government to cancel the procurement and re-solicit the requirement based on updated requirements and market research.
