Statement of Work Sources Sought Instructions The purpose of this statement of work is to serve as the content subject matter expert for the design of an online distance-learning version of PT107 Equal Employment Opportunity EEO/Diversity Awareness (EEO), currently offered only in the classroom. PT107 emphasizes supervisory responsibilities in equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion issues, and focuses on the Department of State's EEO and affirmative action regulations and how these regulations can be implemented in a diverse workplace. The distance-learning (DL) version of the course, like the classroom version, should meet the EEO/Diversity Awareness and inclusion training requirements for Foreign Service and Civil Service managers and supervisors as defined in 13 FAM 313. As part of this contract, the curriculum, content, and materials for the classroom version of DL-PT107 should be reviewed and updated.
