- This contract procures aircraft blade hour, parachute, and paraloft facility support services. These services are necessary to facilitate training and testing of various personnel parachute and aerial delivery systems. This training will allow for personnel stationed at or around MCB to meet their certification currency, and any testing completed under this contract will inform PMM-113 Reconnaissance and Amphibious Raids (RAR) as to performance characteristics of existing and proposed product solutions.
