The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) Santa Fe Service Unit - San Felipe Indian Health Center has a requirement for the following service: - Propane Refill Services - 500 Gallon Propane Tank Rental Agreement Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to solicitation no. 17-242-SOL-00006. The solicitation package is comprised of all information including the estimated requirements, scope of work, and applicable attachments. The Government anticipates in awarding a single, fixed-priced requirements type contract for a base year with four 1 year option renewals, contingent upon existing requirements of the Government, availability of funds, and satisfactory performance during the base year. The total estimated term of the contract not-to-exceed five years. Prospective Offerors are required to submit proposals by either: 1. e-Mail a. E-Mail to Eric.wright@ihs.gov 2. Mail a. Fax to: (505) 248-4641 To be eligible for contract award, vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must also complete Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov, per FAR 52.204-7. All payments by the Government under any associated task order shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR 52.232-33. Proposals will be accepted to the close of business at 4:00 pm MST on October 20, 2016. Late proposals will not be accepted unless post marked prior to the time and date of the due date. ONLY ONE AWARD WILL BE MADE AS A RESULT OF THE SOLICITATION.
