- This is a notification that an award will be made IAW 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 280 day contract to Labatt Food Service (CAGE Code 0S378), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Texas/New Mexico area. This contract, SPE300-17-D-3172, will be effective from October 16, 2016 through July 22, 2017 or until the award of a new contract. The justification will be posted at time of award.
