The Oregon National Guard is seeking information on sources that are available to provide temporary life support services and role players for the Oregon and Washington National Guard Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives Enhanced Response Force Packages (CERFP) training exercises. One exercise will be 7-9 April 2017 at both Warrenton, OR and Spokane, WA. The second joint exercise will be held 6-7 June 2017 in Warrenton, OR. The exercise will simulate a nuclear blast. The vendor will need to provide similar requirements at both locations in April and in Oregon in June. Our tentative requirement is for the following: 75 each moulaged role players, 25 moulaged mannequins, simulated dismembered parts and human remains, training lane reset support, National Incident Management Subject Matter Expert, reefer trailers, porta pots, real-world ambulance/EMTs, hand washing stations, grey water removal, ice, and dumpsters. The Oregon and Washington National Guard are anticipating doing all services under one contract. Any interested firms are encouraged to respond and state their capabilities based on the requirements listed above. Interested firms are to complete pages 1-2 of the Sources Sought Information Request Form and return it via e-mail to nicollette.a.kennemer.mil@mail.mil no later than 1100 Pacific Standard Time on 26 October 2016. At this time due to shortage in personnel and increased requirements, meetings with potential vendors will not be accepted. In the future and if these requirements are solicited for, the ORARNG may provide for an opportunity to meet with government officials prior to the proposal due date.
