- USDA FS will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for janitorial cleaning services under the Arapaho Roosevelt Sulfur Ranger District (SRD). Locations for services required include the Granby office located at 9 Ten Mile Drive, Granby, CO and the Shadow Mountain Village Work Center office located in Grand Lake, CO (Under construction. Building is estimated to be available approximately Summer 2018). Period of Performance: Award (Est. 15 November 2016) through 30 September 2017 with four (4) option years following. This is a single award contract.
