- Draft Specification P-422-0337 Draft Specification P-422-0336 Draft Specification P-420-0335 Draft Specification P-420-0334 Draft Specification P-420-0333 Draft Specification P-420-0184 Draft Specification No. P-420-153 Draft Specification P-4200-099 The purpose of this RFI is to obtain market research information, capabilities for planning purposes, and to determine appropriate strategies to meet USCG requirements. This RFI notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment for an RFP in the future. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this announcement. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Asset Logistics Division (ALD), has a requirement for the procurement of Buoy Parts to be used in support of marine navigation. Fabrication of buoy parts are to be manufactured in accordance with attached draft Coast Guard Specification Numbers P-4220-0099 Revision C - Aluminum Topmark Stands and Lantern Bridges, for use on Aids to Navigation Buoys; P-420-0153 Revision D - Buoy Lift Eyes; P-420-0184 Revision J - Aluminum Radar Reflectors; P-420-0333 Revision G - Buoy Bells and Gongs; P-420-0334 Revision J - Buoy Bell and Gong Tappers; P-420-0335 Revision J - Buoy Bell and Gong Stands; P-422-0336 Revision G - Buoy Whistle and Whistle Valve; P-422-0337 Revision J - Aluminum Solar Panel Frames. Sources interested in responding to this RFI are requested to submit the following information: 1) Capability statement expressing interest in this requirement, describing your company and its capability to meet the minimum requirements identified in the attached draft specifications. 2) Average delivery lead time for each part. 5) Identification of your firm's business size and type: Large, Small, (HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), woman-owned). The SBA NAICS Code: 332999 determines the business size, which is under 750 Employees is considered a Small Business. 6) Cage Code and DUNS number. 7) Reference list for similar work above. Please include a point of contact, title, phone number and email address. 8) Comment on the attached draft specifications.
