The original attachments (J-3, J-4, J-5, J-7) posted in the draft remain the same in the final version. The only difference between the draft and final version of the RFP document is that the draft watermark on the first page has been removed. All other content remains the same. Offerors are to note that J-1 and J-2 will not be posted to FBO. The Government will provide, upon request, CD/DVDs containing the Specification Package (J-1) and Work Item Plans, Drawings, and Other References (J-2). Offerors may request this information by contacting Stephanie Jabaley in writing at Stephanie.Jabaley@navy.mil. Notice to Offerors- The funds availability statement in the draft RFP is still applicable in the final version. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
