- Draft Section L BSA SOW 29 SEP 16 A draft version of Section L and an updated SOW are attached. An updated version of Section L with pricing assumptions will be provided next week along with a draft version of Section M. You are welcome to begin submitting questions to the Contracting Officer at katherine.k.timberlake.civ@mail.mil. The deadline for submitting questions will be posted next week when Section M is posted. If you have not previously requested access to the bidder's library please do so no later than 5 p.m. eastern time on October 21, 2016. Instructions for the bidder's library will be sent after that date. As a reminder, we ask that only those interested in bidding as a prime contractor request access to the bidder's library.
