Description

To whom it may concern; The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into a Sole Source Purchase agreement with VENDOR: Boston Scientific Microvasive Division, 1 Boston Scientific Place Natick, MA 01760. Boston Scientific is offering the products required with a higher standard than the ones offer by the vendor located with Market research. Therefore the Government plans to sole source these items. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. Any interested parties may identify their capabilities and interest and respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by October 17, 2016. Information should be sent to Michael Stephens Contract Specialist at Michael.stephens3@va.gov and Contract Officer Sean Powers at sean.powers2@va.gov Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether this Item is indeed a sole source or if we can conduct a competitive requirement. If no responses are received by the response date and time, The Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to Michael.stephens3@va.gov.
