- Cedar Rapids O&M Solicitation This is official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, Services Acquisition Branch intends to solicit and award a contract for Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the US Courthouse, 111 7th Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The contractor shall furnish all administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, repair parts, tools (except as otherwise provided); and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, inspect and shall be responsible for efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property lines of the US Courthouse, 111 7th Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The solicitation number is GS-06-P-16-GX-D-7003. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the government point of entry, FedBizOpps, www.fbo.gov, on or about August 22, 2016. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) firms. The NAICS code is 561210, and the size standard is $38.5 million. The FSC code is J041. The solicitation will include details on site visit dates and times. Proposals will be due approximately thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued. Contract award will be for a one-year base period and nine (9) one-year option periods with an anticipated start date of February 1, 2017.
