Sources Sought: Nitric Oxide Gas Therapy Services - Denver VA Medical Center This is Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing information provided. Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 19, Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) Denver VA Hospital is seeking potential qualified Veteran-owned small businesses to provide the following: Nitric Oxide Gas Therapy Services - Denver VA Medical Center INO Therapy Services, inclusive of the following: INOmax (Nitric Oxide) for inhalation portable aluminum cylinders; Size 88, 1963 liters Nitric Oxide Gas, 800ppm & 100ppm Concentrations; Size D, 353 liters Nitric Oxide Gas, 800ppm & 100ppm Concentrations; Use of INOmax Deliver Device; INOcal purified calibration gases for calibrating Deliver Devices, Disposables, Adapters, Parts and Accessories; Training and In Service; 24/7 Technical and Customer Support; Test Gas Program & Monthly Check-Out Kits; Routine Preventative Maintenance and Updates for Delivery Devices; Replacement/Repair of Delivery Devices as needed; Routine scheduled pick-up and deliveries; Emergency Deliveries of INO Therapy Systems, as needed. Estimated Quantity: 600, Unit: HR, Period of Performance: Base Year: 14 November 2016 thru 13 November 2017 Option Year 1: 14 November 2017 thru 13 November 2018 Option Year 2: 14 November 2018 thru 13 November 2019 Option Year 3: 14 November 2019 thru 13 November 2020 Option Year 4: 14 November 2020 thru 13 November 2021 Responding companies shall include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming their ability to meet the service requirements and supply product with the salient characteristics outlined in this request.
