Description

1. The purpose of Amendment 0007 is to inform offerors' and interested parties that Solicitation VA119-16-Q-0033 was cancelled in error. 2. Amendment 0006 was intended only to cancel Amendments 0004, and 0005 of Solicitation VA119-16-Q-0033. "Amendment 0004 was a combined synopsis solicitation issued 9/23/2016, with a closing date of 10/10/2016. That amendment was to fulfill the 'Rule of Two' based on the KingdomWare Court Ruling. Amendment 0004 was intended for Service Disable Veterans Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Own Small Businesses (VOSB). "Amendment 0005 extended the solicitation closing from 10/10/2016 thru 10/14/2016 due to October 10th, 2016 falling on Columbus Day making the closing date a national holiday. Amendment 0006 was intended only to cancel amendments 0004 and 0005. However, as presented, this Amendment actually closed all of solicitation VA119-16-Q-0033, which was not the intent. 3. Amendment 0007 hereby cancels Amendments 0004 thru 0006 in their entirety.
