- The United States Coast Guard Research & Development Center intends to negotiate and award a sole-source fixed price purchase order with Coda Octopus Products of Lakeland, FL for the design of the installation, installation and later removal of two Government Furnished underwater inspection systems (UIS) sensors and their associated eqiupment in the St Lawrence Seaway's Eisenhower Lock located in Massena, NY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334511. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement(s). To be eligible for award, offeror must be registered with the Systems Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. For information concerning the acquisition, contact the contracting officer listed above.
