- Amendment A004 Amendment 004 Is to make changes in to Section C.12 and to clarify the Q&A's Amendment 003 Is to Amendment to extend the due date in the description and post the Site Visit Attendees, Q&A's and the Wage Determination. See attached amendment 001 for preproposal conference details and site visit. In support of The JFKC mission as the Nations performing arts center and an iconic memorial to President John F. Kennedy, the facility is in need of ongoing trash removal services to provide removal of waste and refuse to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our patrons and employees who use the facility. The purpose of this requirement is to award a firm fixed price contract for a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods for monthly trash removal of one (1) 30 yard open top dumpster, one (1) 20 yard trash compactor and one (1) 3 yard open top container. There will be an (1) additional 20 yard open top container added in fiscal year 2018 to support the expansion that is scheduled to be complete in 2018. The service shall also include additional on-demand pick up services for times of heavy refuse and dumpster usage.
