- Description
- This is a notification that the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a sole source, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to BCF Solutions, Inc., 14325 Willard Road STE 107, Chantilly, VA 20151-2110, to provide uninterrupted, high-quality continuity of operations in Cost Estimating Analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM). This effort is currently being performed on contracts HQ0147-10-D-0036/0005 and HQ0147-10-D-0036/0006 which expire on January 20, 2017. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $15M. The resultant contract for these advisory and assistance services will be for a base period of four months with one three-month option period. This notice is not a request for proposals. This action will result in a "bridge" contract which is necessary to allow for continuity of critical contractor services until a competitive contract can be awarded under the Techncal Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisition strategy. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition in a future competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All responses must be received no later than October 29, 2016, 2:00 pm, central time and should be submitted to Mr. Bradley Price, Contracting Officer, via email Bradley.price@mda.mil.
