- Ft. McCoy, WI Base Map Fort McCoy Form 451 Nov 10, 2016 Bldg. 2113 Classroom #133 Time from 1000-1200 ( Central Time) In order to gain access to the base, contractos shall complete and submit the attached Ft. McCoy Form 451. Form shall be submitted to Michael Hutchens at michael.d.hutchens@usace.army.mil no later than 1700 (Central Time) on Wednesday, 02 November 2016. A base map is also attached and provided with this special notice. ATMOB FY17 1. Construct a (21,300 SF) standard design 1428 person Annual Training/ Mobilization(AT/MOB) dining facility building. The new facility is based on the standard design Operational Readiness Training Complex(ORTC) dining facility for 1428 persons. Project includes food preparation and cooking areas, entrance/control area, serving, dining, pot wash, administration, locker area, waste disposal, receiving and loading dock, cold and dry storage, information systems, fire protection and alarms. Building will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations; concrete floor slabs; reinforced concrete or masonry walls; hip or gabled roofs and canopies; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC); and plumbing, mechanical, security and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include land clearing, paving, fencing, general site improvements and utility connections. Accessibility for the disabled will be provided. Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) and physical security measures will be incorporated into the design including maximum standoff distances from roads, parking areas and vehicle unloading areas. Sustainability/Energy measures will be provided. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DOD's Unified Facilities Code (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance. 2. Type of action: Design/Build/Build 3. Estimated Advertisement Date: 23 Jan 2017 4. Not Used 5. Estimated Performance Period: 420 days 6. Estimated Construction Magnitude: $10M - $25M Mail and Freight Facility 1. Construct a Mail and Freight screening/distribution facility with a dedicated, commercial-vehicle standard design Access Control Point (ACP). Buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations; concrete floor slabs; reinforced concrete or masonry walls; low-slope or sloped roof; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC); and plumbing, mechanical, security and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage. Project includes the improvement of X Road from ST HWY 21 north to the entrance of the ACP. Buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations; concrete floor slabs; reinforced concrete or masonry walls; low-slope or sloped roof; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC); and plumbing, mechanical, security and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include land clearing, paving, fencing, general site improvements and utility connections. Accessibility for the disabled will be provided. Estimated Construction Magnitude: $5M - $10M Access Control Point 1. Commercial-vehicle standard design Access Control Point (ACP). This project is required to provide secure and efficient receiving, screening, and processing of commercial freight and U.S. Mail for Fort McCoy. In addition, a dedicated commercial Access Control Point is required to que and process commercial vehicles separately from non-commercial traffic. Included are an ID check area, Gatehouse, Search Office, inspection canopies, roadways, parking, lighting, traffic control signals, passive and active vehicle barriers with comprehensive control systems, security fencing, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection 2.
