- Information Request Form Sources Sought Notice MATOC Construction IDIQ Synopsis: Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) Construction IDIQ SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Business sources interested in MATOC projects. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond by submitting the Sources Sought Information Request Form. Tennessee National Guard may issue a solicitation and award of approximately 12 to 20 awards. A prototypical project will be included for contractors to submit pricing. The magnitude of the prototypical project is between $1,000.000 to $5,000,000. The Prototypical project may or may not be awarded. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than October 20, 2016. This notification, which shall not exceed seven typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to propose as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached) and (3) a listing of projects completed by company during the past five(5) years, both for government and private industry projects. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location of project, Point of Contact (POC), and POC email are to be included. Indicate if you are prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. Information shall be provided via email to: Teresa.a.baxter.civ@mail.mil.
