- THIS PROJECT IS RESTRICTED TO THE FIVE (5) PREVIOUSLY SELECTED MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEREFORE, FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. IDIQ MATOC TASK ORDER TO PROVIDE DESIGN/BID/BUILD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES WITHIN THE LOUISVILLE DISTRICT MISSION BOUNDARIES FOR THE FEMA RICHMOND BAPTIST HEALTH AHU ENCLOSURE.
