- Pre-Solicitation Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United State in Cote D’Ivoire will launch the solicitation on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The requirement is for providing of internet services to the US Mission. The current bandwidth which is covering the Mission use is 30MB. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and two one year periods at the option of the Government. All responsive sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. The successful offeror(s) will be required to have a DUNS number and be registered in SAM/CCR through the following sites: DUNS – www.dnb.com and SAM/CCR www.sam.gov
