- HVAC IDIQ draft statement of work (SOW) with attached Price List. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses in order to determine possible participation in the anticipated acquisition. The 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (379 ECONS) intends to obtain and HVAC supplies on an IDIQ contract located at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 423620, Household Appliances, Electric Housewares, and Consumer Electronics Merchant Wholesalers with a corresponding size standard of 200 EMP. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The contractor shall the capability to obtain HVAC equipment, installation and commissioning to support facilities located on Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB) in support of the 379 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), and at Camp As Saliyah. The intent of this contract is to streamline the amount of time and pricing associated with routine replacement of HVAC equipment located on base. All other requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) are secondary and not guaranteed. This type of contract is intended for use of funded programs and projects managed by 379 AEW on Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB). Task order will be issued based on the individual task order requirements. See attached draft SOW for a more detailed description of the requirement. Performance will consist of one (1) Base Year, and four (4) one-year options. The Government anticipates making award in January 2017. The Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is to be determined. Please note: It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fbo.gov for all subsequent postings. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (limited to no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement. Please submit the requested information electronically to this office NLT the closing date and time (31 October 2016, 4:00 p.m. AST) to yaal.kand@auab.afcent.af.mil. The internet and e-mail shall be used as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging all information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available. The Government will provide an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of information submitted. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
