This announcement serves as a sources sought notice for the reacquisition of Buddhist Program Religious Leader Services. The applicable NAICS code is 813110. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. The USAF Academy (USAFA) Cadet Chapel supports the Cadet Wing by providing for the religious and spiritual needs of United States Air Force and other military service members, their families, and local base community. The Chapel supports individual rights under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and provides free exercise of religious beliefs. Buddhist Religious Program Leader services are required to support the Cadet Chapel's mission. T he Government seeks responses from all responsible and capable vendors that can provide the Buddhist Program Religious Leader services listed in the attached PWS. All responsible businesses capable of providing these items are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to pay for the information provided. All responsible sources may submit a response. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or request for proposals. If no response is received or if no responsible vendor is found capable of providing all services as listed in this notice, the government intends to use this notice, historical data, and other market research to solicit and negotiate with only one source, under the authority of FAR 6.302.
