- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is issued. The solicitation number is AG-05M6-S-17-0001 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 115310 and small business size standard of $19.0 Million. FSC F006 Natural Resources/Conservation Land Treatment Practices. The Solicitation's contract line items and all terms and conditions for this solicitation are attached as a PDF document. This procurement and any resulting order, is for the procurement services to remove Felled Trees associated with the 2015 Wolverine Wildfire. Tree Removal will be completed on the Chelan Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The work will primarily take place along USFS Road # 8301 near Holden Village and the Holden Mine Remediation. The work will include whole tree yarding the felled trees that are within 80 feet of the USFS Road #8301. De-limbing and removing the tops less than 8 inches diameter and machine piling the material. The processed logs will be transported to the Dan's Camp area. Work includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals except those items, if any, listed as Government-furnished property.
