Network Contracting Office 16 intends to procure ThinPrep Pap Test Kits- Product #70096-003 for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center Laboratory in Shreveport, LA. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The RFQ VA256-17-Q-0032 is attached. Interested vendors should provide Certification of their Veteran Owned status from the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. This certification will also provide Firm Name:, DBA:, State:, DUNS:, Location:, Phone:, Email:, Expiration:. Current VA procurement rules do not allow quotes to be accepted from vendors who lack this certification. Items: ThinPrep Pap Test Kits- product #70096-003- Manufacturer: Hologic. Qty: 2 Kits The kits must each include: *500- Hologic test kits and 500 broom like collection devices and will be ordered on AS NEEDED BASIS* The Kits must be compatible with the ThinPrep Processor- product #70031-001- Manufacturer: Hologic. Currently in use at the facility. Delivery FOB Destination to Overton Brooks VAMC, 510 East Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101 RESPONSES ARE DUE Thursday October 20, 2016, by 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Quotes are due electronically to veronica.maskell@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic proposals will be considered.
