- DMCA CDRL A004 DMCA CDRL A003 DMCA CDRL A002 DMCA CDRL A001 DMCA DD254 DMCA Price Model DMCA CTIPS Checklist DMCA QASP DMCA RFP The Data Mining, Capture and Access (DMCA) in Support of USSTRATCOM and Supported Commands' Decision Support Capabilities provides visually fused situational awareness display presentation services supporting NIPRNET, SIPRNET, Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) and closed net network centric operations. These services will seek out web-enabled data sources with active end points and, through translation services, aggregate disparate data sources into a common view with the use of web services following Net Enabled Command and Control (NECC), Net-Centric Enterprise Solution for Interoperability (NESI) and Technical Implementation Architecture (TIA) compliance standards and the ability to obtain awareness of past, on-going and future National Technical Means (NTM) capability to satisfy collection requirements against assigned and defined targets. The 55 th Contracting Squadron is conducting the solicitation and award of 100% competitive small business set aside, commercial service, Firm-Fixed Price CLINs contract for a base period and four (4) one year option periods. In addition, FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services will be included. Contract transition period is expected to be two weeks starting approximately between 20 January 2017 through 3 February 2017 with full performance beginning on 4 February 2017. Contractor must be able to meet all requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), service standards in the Services Summary, certification requirements and appropriate security clearances. Contractor must comply with guidelines specified in the DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification. This contract is classified up to Top Secret. Contractor must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with (IAW) FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation number is FA4600-16-R-0020. Offerors are encouraged to subscribe/register for this solicitation number through http://www.fbo.gov to ensure they automatically receive all documents associated with the procurement in a timely manner. The NACIS code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming and the size standard is $27.5M. Anticipated award date is January 2017. No discussions will be conducted telephonically.
